CDC message
The transition to the new pension system represents a major shift with significant societal impact for all workers in the Netherlands. It also presents a unique opportunity to raise pension awareness among participants and across society. This is especially important for women, who in the Netherlands receive on average 30% to 40% less pension than men. Clear and impactful communication is essential—particularly because approximately 50% of ING employees in the Netherlands are non-native speakers. After all, even in one's native language, the world of pensions can seem complex.
