On 2 April 2019, Ingmar Minderhoud was appointed a new member of the managing board of ING CDC Pensioenfonds and NN CDC Pensioenfonds. Ingmar’s areas of focus are finance and risk.

ING CDC Pensioenfonds’ funding ratios as at 31 March 2019 are known. The funding ratio is 111% and the policy funding ratio is 116%.

In Nederland krijgen vrouwen gemiddeld 42 procent van het pensioen van hun mannelijke landgenoten, volgens cijfers van EIGE (EU-instelling voor gendergelijkheid). Dat komt onder andere omdat ze vaker in deeltijd werken. Bovendien hebben ze minder interesse in financiën. Gebeurtenissen zoals een scheiding of overlijden kunnen grote gevolgen hebben op hun pensioen.

End of February, ING employees received a letter of Nationale-Nederlanden to inform them on the decision to stop the ANW-hiaat insurance per 1 January 2019.

Nederlanders die met pensioen gaan zijn minder pessimistisch over hun toekomstige levensstandaard dan het Europees gemiddelde. Dat blijkt uit een internationale enquête van ING waaraan vijftienduizend mensen uit vijftien verschillende landen hebben deelgenomen.
