The details of their agreement in principle have been worked out in draft legislation. The public at large was able to give their opinion on the proposed law until 12 February 2021.

Do you want to register your partner or an email address, or report any other change? If you have pension entitlements in ING CDC Pensioenfonds as well as in Pensioenfonds ING, you must report this information to each pension fund separately from now on.

By the end of January 2021, you will receive a payment specification from ING CDC Pensioenfonds, showing a breakdown of the monthly payments the pension fund will pay out to you. If you were already receiving pension benefits in 2020, you will also receive an annual summary which you can use for your tax return.
