On 12 January 2022, ING CDC Pensioenfonds is hosting the webinar ‘Women and Pension’. There are still some places available, so it's not too late to sign up.
The Dutch National Institute for Family Finance Information (Nibud) has found that women in the Netherlands receive 40% less pension on average. Reasons include that women more often tend to have career breaks and part-time jobs, and less often have a company pension plan.
What's more, surveys conducted by the pension fund have revealed that women working at ING have less knowledge of pension and their pension choices compared to men. They also generally appreciate receiving personal explanation and guidance.
Plenty of reasons for the pension fund to take action! On 12 January from 2.00-3.00 pm, the pension fund is hosting the webinar ‘Women and Pension’. The webinar will focus on how to check your personal situation and will answer questions like ‘When can I start my retirement?’, ‘What will I get from my pension fund?’ and ‘What can I do to supplement my pension?’
The webinar will be provided via a Teams meeting (in Dutch only). If you’d like to join, please sign up via secretariaat.cdcpensioen@ing.nl.
