If so, you could be disadvantaged by the new way in which pensions will be accrued. In that case, you will receive compensation. This is intended to offset the disadvantage of the changed method of pension accrual in the future.
However, you must be employed by ING on 1 January 2028. If you leave your employment earlier, you will no longer accrue a pension with us. Your entitlement to compensation will then lapse. Bear this in mind if you change jobs.
