Since June of this year, participants aged 58 or older have been able to request a meeting with our pension coach. The aim is to support you in the choices you face when considering retirement. We offer this support in several ways: through our website, pension webinars, our planner, and now also through individual pension meetings.
The meetings have been well received. To date, 67 meetings have been held, and they have been rated with an average score of 8.6. Participants gave a score of 8.3 when asked whether the meetings help them make the right decision. The appreciation for the fact that our fund offers these meetings was rated at 8.8. The meetings also scored highly on the question of whether participants would recommend their (former) colleagues to request a pension meeting. As one participant put it: “Always have a one-on-one meeting. Your specific situation will be addressed, not just some generic story about pensions.”
